Job Summary
Experienced and results-oriented, the full-time Warehouse Operations Manager will manage third-party logistics operations across a centralized warehouse network, driving operational efficiency and compliance while supporting anticipated growth.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with internal customers to understand their distribution needs and shape the customer-facing vision of the team
- Lead logistics vendors' execution in compliance with company policies, developing and managing operational objectives through key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with organizational goals and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in global logistics, distribution, or supply chain management
- Experience managing outsourced transportation logistics services and hands-on experience with logistics management systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience in influencing partners and mentoring teams
- Operational experience at a logistics provider with a proven track record in managing successful operations
- Established competence in leveraging data to drive optimal supply chain execution
