Warehouse Solutions Design Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of Supply Chain Solutions, the full-time remote Warehouse Solutions Design Manager will design and develop logistics solutions that deliver financial value, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project milestones and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solution development with win strategy
• Calculate labor, equipment, and facility requirements based on design assumptions and develop compelling proposals for customers
• Lead consulting projects to understand customer pain points and validate implemented solutions post-launch

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of eight years of experience in the Transportation or Warehousing industry
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Extensive knowledge of transportation and warehouse design tools, including JDA, AutoCAD, and Tableau
• Proven experience in developing sustainable metrics programs and design networks
