Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warehouse Supplier Warranty Expert to work remotely, requiring residence in the New Holland, PA or Racine, WI area.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and review high-value warranty claims, approving or reversing payments and leading recovery actions
• Receive, inspect, pick, package, and ship parts and assemblies while maintaining warehouse organization
• Provide technical support to suppliers and internal warranty teams, ensuring compliance with warranty agreements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or material handling
• Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry materials weighing up to 80 lbs
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions in English
