Key Responsibilities
- Review, code, and adjudicate warranty claims, ensuring compliance with policies
- Administer the Managed Warranty Service platform and lead enhancement projects
- Produce data analytics dashboards and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- BS/AS in a technical or business discipline or 10+ years of warranty-related experience
- Experience with Oracle, Zendesk, or similar systems
- 3-5 years in warranty, returns, or systems administration roles
- Demonstrated success in analytics and process improvement
