Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Administrator to oversee warranty claims and manage warranty systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, code, and adjudicate warranty claims, ensuring compliance with policies
  • Administer the Managed Warranty Service platform and lead enhancement projects
  • Produce data analytics dashboards and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • BS/AS in a technical or business discipline or 10+ years of warranty-related experience
  • Experience with Oracle, Zendesk, or similar systems
  • 3-5 years in warranty, returns, or systems administration roles
  • Demonstrated success in analytics and process improvement
