Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Administrator to provide customer service and manage warranty claims remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Communicate warranty responsibilities and standards to builders, homeowners, and sales representatives
  • Manage case files and administer the warranty resolution process, including investigating claims and drafting correspondence
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of office work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business preferred
  • Ability to read and understand technical information related to warranty terms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in resolving escalated situations and managing competing priorities
