Job Summary
A company is looking for a Warranty Administrator to provide customer service and manage warranty claims remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Communicate warranty responsibilities and standards to builders, homeowners, and sales representatives
- Manage case files and administer the warranty resolution process, including investigating claims and drafting correspondence
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of office work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in business preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical information related to warranty terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in resolving escalated situations and managing competing priorities
