Job Summary

To support the quality assurance and compliance department, the full-time Warranty Auditor will perform audits, prepare documentation, and maintain organized records while working remotely from Santa Ana, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assigned audits accurately and efficiently within designated timeframes
• Prepare detailed workpapers, correspondence, and notifications related to warranty audits
• Document test work results in accordance with company policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in warranty automotive or related fields preferred
• Knowledge of auditing processes and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment
