- Enter, track, and manage warranty claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
- Execute warranty workflows, maintain documentation, and suggest improvements to processes and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or warranty-related roles
- HVAC or mechanical experience is beneficial
- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, Word, Excel, and Outlook
