Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mercedes-Benz Warranty Claims Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims by booking, closing, and transmitting repair orders using Reynolds & Reynolds software
- Maintain knowledge of claims developments and participate in manufacturer webinars
- Document all claim activities and provide regular status reports to management
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Minimum of two years of Mercedes-Benz Warranty Administrator experience required
- Experience with Service and Warranty functions within NetStar and EVA
- Strong understanding of automotive technology and diagnostics
- Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus
