Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mercedes-Benz Warranty Claims Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process claims by booking, closing, and transmitting repair orders using Reynolds & Reynolds software
  • Maintain knowledge of claims developments and participate in manufacturer webinars
  • Document all claim activities and provide regular status reports to management
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or a bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of two years of Mercedes-Benz Warranty Administrator experience required
  • Experience with Service and Warranty functions within NetStar and EVA
  • Strong understanding of automotive technology and diagnostics
  • Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus
