Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge receipt of all claims and emails
  • Create service part orders and chargeable service parts orders
  • Maintain communication with customers and ensure timely resolutions for incidents of dissatisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in warranty claims
  • Experience with Titan, Doclink, or SAP is a plus
  • Customer service experience with knowledge of JW products preferred
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office applications
