Job Summary

Supporting a commitment to world-class after-sales service, the fully remote Warranty Coordinator will manage claims reporting incidents of customer dissatisfaction, maintain service records, and ensure timely resolution for a specific region of dealer networks.

Key responsibilities
  • Initiate and maintain accurate service records for all qualifying incidents
  • Communicate with customers and business partners to ensure timely satisfaction and resolution of claims
  • Create service part orders and schedule dispatches as needed
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred, or a minimum of 3 years related experience in warranty claims
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Titan, Doclink, or SAP is a plus
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience with knowledge of JW products or systems preferred
  • Ability to manage escalated customer service situations effectively
