Job Summary
Supporting a commitment to world-class after-sales service, the fully remote Warranty Coordinator will manage claims reporting incidents of customer dissatisfaction, maintain service records, and ensure timely resolution for a specific region of dealer networks.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain accurate service records for all qualifying incidents
- Communicate with customers and business partners to ensure timely satisfaction and resolution of claims
- Create service part orders and schedule dispatches as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred, or a minimum of 3 years related experience in warranty claims
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Titan, Doclink, or SAP is a plus
- At least 3 years of customer service experience with knowledge of JW products or systems preferred
- Ability to manage escalated customer service situations effectively
