Warranty Leader

Job Summary

Leading a team of Warranty Engineers, the full-time remote Warranty Leader will oversee the resolution of customer warranty claims for New Unit equipment contracts, drive regional adoption of the Global Warranty Governance Framework, and enhance operational performance through cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Warranty Engineers to meet regional demand and performance expectations
• Implement Global Warranty Governance, ensuring timely and cost-efficient warranty execution across the regional portfolio
• Define and drive productivity and process improvement initiatives to enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Power Generation Industry, preferably in services, warranty, or project execution
• Proven experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong commercial acumen with warranty management experience
• Lean leadership experience with a focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency
