Warranty Pre-Authorization Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the warranty pre-approval program for a major automotive client, the remote Warranty Pre-Authorization Specialist will analyze warranty claims, consult with dealership service managers, and provide excellent customer service while working from home in Michigan.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as an expert consultant to dealership service managers on warranty administration and service operations
• Analyze and identify warranty waste-reduction areas while ensuring consistent application of warranty policies
• Deliver timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience in roles involving direct customer interaction
• Understanding of the automotive dealership environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Proficiency in typing (at least 35 WPM) and computer skills
