Warranty Processing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Submission Specialist responsible for filing warranty submission packets to manufacturers on behalf of dealer clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate information from client invoices to Excel for submission to automotive manufacturers
• Develop an in-depth understanding of reports used to calculate a client's submission opportunity
• Ensure defined processes are followed efficiently and priority items are addressed within timelines

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in auto dealership, service department, warranty claims/admin, or automotive industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Google tools preferred
• Ability to learn new software applications and work with diverse computer programs
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Adherence to stringent timelines and goal-oriented work methodology
