Job Summary
A company is looking for a Warranty Service Coordinator who will manage customer warranty inquiries and ensure effective resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming warranty inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms
- Verify warranty coverage and eligibility based on company policies and product terms
- Coordinate and escalate cases to appropriate departments for resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or warranty coordination
- Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures
- Proficiency in using internal management systems
- Ability to work two Saturdays a month
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
