Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Service Coordinator who will manage customer warranty inquiries and ensure effective resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming warranty inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms
  • Verify warranty coverage and eligibility based on company policies and product terms
  • Coordinate and escalate cases to appropriate departments for resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or warranty coordination
  • Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in using internal management systems
  • Ability to work two Saturdays a month
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
