Job Summary
Seeking motivated candidates, the full-time remote Warranty Service Specialist will manage warranty service needs, provide troubleshooting support, and coordinate service calls for customers purchasing Private Label equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Make and execute decisions regarding warranty service needs of customer orders
- Provide basic troubleshooting with customers to rule out common issues of user error
- Coordinate and schedule service calls with service providers and follow up on warranty service claims
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related customer-centric role
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload
- Ability to work a training schedule of 7:30 AM - 4 PM ET for 60 days, followed by a flexible schedule
