Job Summary

Joining the Ready Kitchen Warranty team, the full-time remote Warranty Service Specialist will manage warranty service needs, provide troubleshooting support, and coordinate service calls while ensuring customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Make and execute decisions regarding warranty service needs for customer orders
  • Provide basic troubleshooting to rule out common user error issues
  • Coordinate and schedule service calls with service providers and follow up on warranty claims
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related customer-centric role
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows system/internet navigation
  • 40 Words Per Minute (WPM) typing speed required
  • Ability to work a training schedule of 7:30 AM - 4 PM ET for the first 60 days
  • Consistent internet speeds of 75mbps download and 10mbps upload required
