Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Warranty Tracker and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Monitor warranty emails and enter claims and updates in the system
  • Assist with maintaining the warranty filing system and provide reports as requested
Required Qualifications
  • Data entry experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SmartSheet
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures
