Job Summary
A company is looking for a Warranty Services Data Entry Clerk (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Warranty Tracker and ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor warranty emails and enter claims and updates in the system
- Assist with maintaining the warranty filing system and provide reports as requested
Required Qualifications
- Data entry experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SmartSheet
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office practices and procedures
