Job Summary

Working remotely from Michigan, the full-time Warranty Support Specialist will assist automotive dealerships by managing warranty claims, analyzing trends for improvements, and providing accurate solutions through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze expense and frequency trends to identify improvements
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions for warranty claim reviews
  • Communicate with internal and external partners through phone calls, chats, and emails
Required qualifications
