Job Summary
Working remotely from Michigan, the full-time Warranty Support Specialist will assist automotive dealerships by managing warranty claims, analyzing trends for improvements, and providing accurate solutions through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze expense and frequency trends to identify improvements
- Provide timely and accurate solutions for warranty claim reviews
- Communicate with internal and external partners through phone calls, chats, and emails
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills (minimum of 35 words per minute)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable adherence to a set work schedule within specified hours
