Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Warranty Team Leader will manage warranty claims processing, ensure compliance with manufacturer policies, and provide guidance to Warranty Administrators in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Review claims for compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
- Utilize AWN's proprietary CARS application to resolve dealer compliance issues
- Oversee the accurate booking and closing of warranty claims in accordance with dealer and manufacturer requirements
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised automotive dealership
- Extensive accounting experience with a strong understanding of automotive dealership general ledger processes
- Strong working knowledge of DMS software
- Certification or formal training with at least one manufacturer
- Ability to motivate others and manage multiple priorities effectively
