Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Warranty Team Leader will manage warranty claims processing, ensure compliance with manufacturer policies, and provide guidance to Warranty Administrators in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Review claims for compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
  • Utilize AWN's proprietary CARS application to resolve dealer compliance issues
  • Oversee the accurate booking and closing of warranty claims in accordance with dealer and manufacturer requirements
Required qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator in a franchised automotive dealership
  • Extensive accounting experience with a strong understanding of automotive dealership general ledger processes
  • Strong working knowledge of DMS software
  • Certification or formal training with at least one manufacturer
  • Ability to motivate others and manage multiple priorities effectively
