Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Writer to efficiently process complex manufacturer warranty claims and electronic repair orders remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process complex vehicle warranty claims and non-warranty Electronic Repair Orders within designated timeframes
  • Reconcile and correct rejected claims promptly and efficiently
  • Contact OEMs for necessary approvals and adjustments, maintaining regular communication with management and staff
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience
  • Preferred prior experience in auto and/or dealership settings
  • Minimum of 1 year of warranty claim-related experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of claims submission policies and procedures for OEMs
