Warranty Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warranty Writer to efficiently process complex manufacturer warranty claims and electronic repair orders remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process complex vehicle warranty claims and non-warranty Electronic Repair Orders within designated timeframes
• Reconcile and correct rejected claims in a timely manner and manage multiple location queues to reduce aging EROs
• Maintain regular contact with management and produce various claims processing productivity reports

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• Preferred prior auto and/or dealership experience
• Minimum of 1 year of warranty claim-related experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of claims submissions and policies of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
