A company is looking for a Business Immigration Attorney (Remote In-House Contract Engagement).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume business immigration workload, including work visa and green card sponsorship
• Provide legal advice on complex immigration matters, including I-9 and E-Verify
• Collaborate with multinational corporations on various immigration processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business immigration law
• Experience with non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes, including H-1B and L-1
• Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
• Prior experience in a large law firm or corporate legal department is preferred
• Outstanding references
