Seeking a full-time Senior Appraiser with a Washington Certified General Appraiser license to deliver comprehensive real estate valuation services, including traditional appraisal reports, market studies, and feasibility analysis, in a fully remote environment.

• Conduct thorough commercial real estate appraisals and analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Washington Certified General Appraiser license
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex documents
