Job Summary

Seeking a Washington Certified Staff Appraiser, this full-time remote position will perform desktop and field appraisal assignments, conduct quality control reviews, and resolve complex valuation issues while ensuring adherence to client-driven standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop and field appraisal reports according to client requirements
• Conduct quality control reviews on complex valuation reports and handle escalations
• Assist on valuation projects and troubleshoot issues with field appraisers and lender clients

Required qualifications

• Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation
• High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred
• Experience appraising a variety of property types typical to the coverage area
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products and sufficient computer skills for report development
• Ability to work independently and a commitment to quality appraisal products
