Washington Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the Compliance Department's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Compliance, Licensing, Marketing Compliance, Vendor Management, and Disclosure Teams to achieve company objectives
• Assist in administering a comprehensive compliance program and ensure adherence to consumer laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures that reflect regulations and provide proactive compliance risk guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in mortgage lending compliance
• 5-7 years of experience in the mortgage or related industry with a focus on regulatory compliance
• 3-5 years of direct management or supervisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations including TRID, ECOA, HMDA, RESPA, and TILA
• Working knowledge of NMLS and licensing requirements for the company and its associates
