Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on compliance performance and emerging risks to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Oversee compliance operations, ensuring adherence to compliance programs and mitigating fraud and risk
  • Lead external audits and serve as a liaison with state or federal program integrity regulators
Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal experience, with 5 years in compliance program management
  • Minimum 5 years of management or leadership experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory health care frameworks and industry standards
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and controls
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
