Washington Contract Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting all aspects of contract compliance and administration, the remote Contract Compliance Business Analyst will develop contract language, manage the submission of contract documents to the State of Washington regulator, and optimize contracting processes within the department's Contract Management system.

Key responsibilities

• Create and build contract documents while moving them through the contracting compliance processes
• Coordinate with matrix partners to communicate contract status and terms
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of an alternative language library and ensure compliance with established standards

Required qualifications

• Must reside in Washington or Idaho
• Proven background in contract compliance and administration, preferably with state regulatory bodies
• Hands-on experience with a Contract Management system, including importing templates
• Strong understanding of contract language development and management of alternative language libraries
• Detail-oriented with a track record of monitoring documents against SLAs and legal requirements
