Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager Specialist to lead contract processes and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of contract management, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the contract lifecycle management database, ensuring data integrity
• Establish internal policies for contract preparation and guide negotiations with internal contract owners

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in contract administration or procurement in a legal environment
• Experience managing fluctuating case volumes and adapting to high-intensity contract cycles
• Deep understanding of process improvement and auditing complex documents
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and experience with contract lifecycle management software
• Ability to resolve complex contractual issues with minimal supervision
