Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, addressing patient requests for appointments, insurance questions, and other inquiries
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Experience with computers and Windows PCs, including navigating new systems
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours and occasional overtime as needed
