Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, addressing patient requests for appointments, insurance questions, and other inquiries
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ year of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
  • Experience with computers and Windows PCs, including navigating new systems
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours and occasional overtime as needed
