Job Summary

Ensuring that outsourced customer service operations align with company values, the full-time remote Washington Customer Service Experience Specialist will monitor vendor performance, resolve customer complaints, and facilitate communication between teams to enhance customer interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure quality customer experiences as per the Statement of Work
  • Resolve customer service Tier 1 issues and manage complaints across multiple platforms
  • Participate in vendor meetings and conduct audits to confirm adherence to company policies
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an operations environment, preferably in Customer Service or Call Center operations
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
