Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic practice, the Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant will engage with clients through virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and drive sales success while working from home in Washington DC.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video calls, tailoring recommendations to clients' aesthetic goals
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport with customers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
