Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to support its governance framework across a complex corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support governance across a portfolio of entities, ensuring compliance with laws and internal standards
• Assist in preparing board and committee materials, including resolutions and governance documentation
• Oversee the formation and maintenance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in corporate governance and corporate law
• Experience with complex governance structures, including partnerships and joint ventures
• Proficiency in preparing and managing board materials and governance documentation
• Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks in multinational organizations
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions or post-transaction governance integration is a plus
