Washington DC Licensed Contracts Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Paralegal to review and manage contracts as part of their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and offboarding, assist with RFPs, and maintain an RFP library
• Review and execute NDAs, LOIs, and Subcontractor agreements in Ironclad
• Track contracts, audit client and vendor agreements, and manage the lifecycle of agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
• Completion of an approved paralegal program
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a paralegal
• Successful completion of State Bar validated standard tests for the position
• Knowledge of legal proceedings and legal research principles
