Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with corporate laws
• Lead and support the structuring and negotiation of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and develop policies related to corporate governance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a corporate attorney with a focus on corporate governance and M&A
• Strong understanding of corporate law and governance best practices
• Proven experience with structuring and negotiating corporate transactions
• Ability to provide strategic legal solutions to business challenges
