Job Summary

To support pro bono immigration representation, the full-time salaried Training & Legal Support Attorney will develop training materials, provide mentorship to attorneys, and ensure compliance with legal standards while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver innovative training programs and materials for pro bono attorneys on immigration-related topics
• Provide legal guidance, case strategies, and mentorship to Campaign volunteers focusing on detained cases
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards while tracking and reporting on pro bono activities

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 3+ years of relevant immigration law experience, including 2 years representing detained clients
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective presentations and educational materials
• Proficiency with legal case management systems and technology
