Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Washington D.C. Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burden.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups
- Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities
- Exercise independent treatment decision-making while collaborating with an in-house referral network and receiving operational support
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or other structured clinical settings is highly desired
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is a plus
