Washington DC Security Manager
Job Summary
Leading the industrial security program, the full-time Washington DC Security Manager will manage compliance with government regulations, oversee personnel security, and serve as the primary liaison with security representatives while allowing for remote work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and protect classified information in accordance with NISPOM and DCSA guidance
- Develop and implement safeguarding procedures and conduct inspections for compliance
- Advise leadership on security risks and maintain facility clearance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or personnel security
- Strong knowledge of NISPOM requirements and DCSA procedures
- Experience managing personnel clearances through government security systems
- U.S. Citizenship required
