Job Summary

A company is looking for a Washington-Barred Family Law Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal proceedings and protect their rights and interests
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide legal advice
• Manage a caseload from consultation to resolution, including drafting legal documents and negotiating settlements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in family law and/or estate planning
• Licensed to practice law in Washington state and in good standing
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Capable of working independently
• Outstanding references
