Key Responsibilities

• Prepare government-backed mortgage loans for underwriting submission by conducting pre-underwriting reviews
• Manage applications and coordinate documentation to ensure timely clearance of pre-closing conditions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor standards while participating in process improvement activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of three years of general mortgage lending experience, with at least two years in mortgage processing
• One year of experience processing government-backed mortgage loans preferred
• Encompass experience preferred; proficient in MS Office programs
• Ability to operate a computer and occasionally lift up to 10 pounds
