Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Business Partner to support clients in improving their HR functions through professional-level service and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to HR issues and provide advice on best practices and client policies
- Develop and administer HR policies and manage client projects from inception to completion
- Administer leave policies, government reporting, and provide guidance on compliance and employee relations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and two or more years of HR experience or equivalent education and experience
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification required or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and HR practices
- Excellent project management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and handle frequent interruptions while staying organized
