Washington HR Consultant

Job Summary

To support employee relations initiatives, the full-time remote Washington HR Consultant will serve as a resource for core leaders and caregivers, focusing on employee relations matters, compliance with HR policies, and maintaining HR metrics and dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Providing guidance and support for employee relations issues and ensuring adherence to HR policies
• Conducting research on employee and labor relations trends and developing necessary interventions
• Maintaining accurate HR metrics and dashboards to report findings to HR professionals

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a high-touch customer service environment
• 2 years of professional human resources experience in a similar role
• 2 years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
