Job Summary
Overseeing vendor compliance and communication, the full-time remote Washington IFM Vendor Coordinator will manage vendor relationships, approve invoices, and support facility activities while serving as the primary contact for internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day oversight of work orders and provide status updates
- Initiate new vendor relationships and maintain existing ones to ensure proper coverage for customer locations
- Monitor and report on vendor performance, addressing service concerns collaboratively
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration
- Associate degree in facilities management, business, or a related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience in facilities or commercial real estate
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently under time constraints
