Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Appeals Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on denied or outstanding claims to ensure timely payments for medical services
• Act as an intermediary between healthcare providers, clients, and health insurance companies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to insurance appeals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years of current experience in medical insurance for payers or government programs
• Previous insurance collections experience desired
• Physician billing experience preferred
• Must reside in Washington state and attend in-person meetings as required
