Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to manage employee leaves of absence and related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee leaves of absence in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Serve as a key resource for employees and managers regarding leave and accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage workers' compensation claims
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of human resources experience with knowledge of employment laws and leave management
- Experience with HR or leave management platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, or People Assist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree related to Human Resources or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRS (preferred)
