Job Summary

A company is looking for a Leave Specialist to manage employee leaves of absence and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee leaves of absence in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Serve as a key resource for employees and managers regarding leave and accommodations
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage workers' compensation claims

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of human resources experience with knowledge of employment laws and leave management
• Experience with HR or leave management platforms such as UKG Pro, Workday, or People Assist
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree related to Human Resources or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Professional certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRS (preferred)
