Washington Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

To support risk strategy and client service excellence, the full-time Washington Licensed Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, focusing on client servicing, claims support, and sales growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and internal partners while managing renewal expectations and timelines
• Complete renewal applications, analyze carrier quotations, and prepare professional proposals for client presentations
• Assist with mentoring Account Assistants and support additional projects as assigned by leadership

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance experience
• 1+ year of experience in an Account Manager role preferred
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverages
• Experience working in an agency management system
