Job Summary

Leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time hybrid Washington Licensed Account Manager will provide customer service for assigned clients, manage policy renewals, and support new business efforts while ensuring operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention of executive benefits
• Oversee training and mentoring of Account Managers to meet departmental objectives
• Handle escalated client inquiries and negotiate with markets for premium concessions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Seven (7) or more years of related work experience
• Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
• Experience in developing training materials for team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
