Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Accountant to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Perform month-end close activities and conduct bank reconciliations
• Prepare detailed billing and budgeting reports and assist with payroll processing

Required Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, including AP, AR, and general ledger management
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct and familiarity with payroll systems such as Rippling or Gusto
• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and journal entry preparation
• Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Ability to manage grant-related compliance and reporting requirements
