Job Summary

As a full-time remote Washington Licensed Agency Manager, the successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance agents, drive premium growth through strategic planning, and act as a primary liaison between agents and the company.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with independent insurance agents in the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with agents to identify growth opportunities and create actionable strategies for premium and performance goals
  • Conduct regular visits to understand agents' needs and challenges, driving engagement and premium growth
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance, or a related field (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance sales, relationship management, or agency development
  • Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain as needed)
  • Deep understanding of the insurance industry and independent agents
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and experience using data-driven insights to inform strategies
