Job Summary
Seeking a Washington Licensed Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and litigation, the full-time position offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse caseload that includes UIM matters, first-party claims, and complex tort litigation, all within a collaborative and resource-rich environment in Seattle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff while maintaining professional communication with clients
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team growth and success
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of Washington
- 3+ years of experience in insurance defense and litigation, including handling Washington UIM matters
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
- Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
