Job Summary
Seeking a Washington Licensed Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience, the full-time role focuses on diverse litigation including UIM matters and first-party claims, offering a blend of mentorship and independence in a supportive, hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case strategies and independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff at all experience levels while maintaining professional communication with clients
- Mentor junior attorneys and build relationships with existing and prospective clients to contribute to team growth
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar license in the state of Washington
- 3+ years of experience in insurance defense and 3-5 years of litigation experience, including Washington UIM matters
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
- Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems
